Mikoto Misaka (御坂 美琴) of Toaru Majutsu no Index and the side story Toaru Kagaku no Railgun. I think I changed this picture around pretty well, for starters the perspective of the original image was from a lower angle which made her leg and right hand look extremely large and out of proportion. Her stance was also slightly angled so after cutting the image from her waist down I also rotated it so she was standing straight up and didn’t look like she would fall over.
